Session Plan | Notion

This is the proposed session plan for the three sessions, scheduled between April to June, with wider stakeholder groups.

Each session will be tailored to the audience (click table headings below), but the general flow will be.

Session Objectives

Sensitise the group to the PoE stocktake findings
1. Help to build common language e.g. scoping
Gather feedback on the stocktake insights, including applicability beyond PoE contexts.
1. Temp check if the elements make sense. As others doing PoE but different wording & structure.
Crowdsource suggestions on the scope & structure of the phase 2.
1. Initial reactions to the value proposition
2. Orientation and preparedness for phase 2
